Voting Instructions

Gentleman,

I wanted to bring to your attention, that late yesterday we were notified by some members who received their Ratification Package that the return envelope did not reflect the Local Union number and System Council Number. Be assured that every return envelope that is returned to the International Office by September 27, 2022, will be accounted for as permitted by the ratification instructions. The Printing company that was hired was instructed by the Support Services Department that each return envelope address must accompany the Local Union Number and the System Council number. Unfortunately, they did not follow our instructions and left off that information.

The Railroad Department along with the Supports Services Department will cross check each envelope as they arrive to the International Office. Your members have two options, first they can send the envelope in as is, or they add their Local Union Number and System Council number.
